NEW BEGINNINGS

New Era with Brown and Morgan

The club is delighted to welcome Marvin Brown and Ashley Morgan as the new management team for the men’s first team. This strategic move marks a significant turning point in Corsham Town FC’s journey, as the club places a renewed emphasis on development and long-term sustainability.

Ashley, a seasoned UEFA B Licence coach, brings a wealth of experience from the professional football academy environment. His expertise in honing individual technical abilities will be invaluable in nurturing the next generation of talent.

Marvin, a highly respected UEFA A Licence coach, is a graduate of the prestigious Premier League Elite Coach Apprenticeship Scheme. His playing career, which saw him become Bristol City’s youngest-ever first-team player, combined with his coaching acumen, makes him a formidable asset to the club.

Both managers have a proven track record of developing young players. Their previous roles at Keynsham Town highlighted their ability to identify and cultivate raw talent. However, due to resource constraints, they were unable to retain their promising players. Corsham Town FC provides an ideal platform for them to not only develop players but also to build a competitive team capable of challenging for promotion to the Southern League.

This new era for the club signifies a departure from previous approaches. By prioritizing youth development and creating a sustainable pathway for young players, Corsham Town FC aims to establish itself as a leading force in non-league football. While the journey to achieve these goals will undoubtedly be challenging, the club is confident that Brown and Morgan, with their shared vision and expertise, are the perfect individuals to lead the club forward.

The appointment of this dynamic management duo is a clear statement of intent from Corsham Town FC. The club is excited to embark on this new chapter and looks forward to the positive impact that Brown and Morgan will have on the team and the community.
